The entire apartment - private and bright 1-bedroom on the first floor of a large house with a dedicated entry. 2 free parking spots in the driveway. Great place for a romantic getaway or rest on your trip. Tucked away in a quiet family neighborhood, near the park, yet close to shops, restaurants, and transportation. Hallway Upon entry, you can find a lamp on the right, immediately near the door on a console table in the hallway. Pull the chain to turn the lamp on. There is a box to drop your keys and shoe tray below. Please keep your outside footwear in the tray, especially if it’s raining or snowing. We installed a large full height mirror on the far hallway wall right in front of the entry door. So don’t get spooked if you see someone ahead. It’s just you. 3 light switches on the left wall control hallway pot-lights, living room ceiling light and table lamps around TV. Both lamps have 2 AC outlets and 2 USB 2.1A charging ports on the base. There are additional USB charging ports in the bedroom. You should have plenty of charging options, just don’t forget to take your cables. Hallway closet has a space to keep your luggage, a rod with wooden hangers for your outerwear clothing and an upper shelf. Inside you can also find an iron with an ironing board, a stick vacuum cleaner, a fire extinguisher, a small step stool, a shoehorn and a lint roller. Living room After a busy day, you can lounge in our living room, on a wide a deep 3 seater sofa. A flat woven sisal rug will gently massage your tired feed. 55 inches 4K Sony TV with Fire TV stick will keep you can entertained with active Amazon Prime Video subscription, YouTube and other entertainment apps. You can login to your own Netflix, Disney+ or any other account. We also have an active Nord VPN app if that's what you need. A spacious TV stand has plenty of room to keep all your electronics and minor items. 2 table lamps around TV will give a gentle room illumination to spend a quiet evening in front of TV. Both lamps have 2 AC outlets and 2 USB 2.1A charging ports on the base. If you need to use table lamps ports, turn off the lamps by pull-chains and leave the wall switch on. There are additional USB charging ports in the bedroom. You should have plenty of charging options, just don’t forget to take your cables. We have installed a dedicated D-Link AC3200 Ultra Tri Band Wi-Fi Router connected to a Bell Gigabit Fibe internet. You will have the maximum strength Wi-Fi signal and great internet speed. We have all the amenities to make your stay easy and convenient. We can even provide technical support for your digital needs on the road. Bedroom We hope you will get a good rest in our cozy 120 sq ft bedroom. A queen-size bed sits on a super strong and quiet, noise-free metal platform. We securely mounted an upholstered headboard on the wall, which makes the bed completely stable and shake-free. A firm mattress has a 2-in gel-infused soft memory foam topper for a supportive but plush surface, which conforms to the curves of your body and distributes weight evenly. For your comfort, we use quality brushed microfiber or 100% cotton white linens, a choice of two sets of pillows for all sleeping positions - for back, side, and stomach sleepers. Classic box-stitched quilted comforter has a supremely soft feel and breathable warmth (without being too hot or heavy). It’s wrapped in a washed white duvet cover, which vintage feeling and beautiful wrinkled texture create exceptional softness to give you beauty sleep all night long. An alternative is a lightweight coverlet quilt, which can be used alone, layered with a provided flat sheet underneath. You can place unwanted bedding in a clear storage box under the bed. The bed frame has a clearance of 13 inches above the floor and has plenty of space under the bed to store your extra luggage and things. Wrap around bed skirt makes your storage invisible for an unspoiled bedroom appearance. You can read comfortably in the bed under a bedside wall lights and can even turn off the ceiling shade lamp without getting out of bed with provided remote control. Side tables have 3 medium-sized drawers. There is an alarm clock on one side and a power strip bar with 2 outlets and 3 USB Charging Ports(3.1A, 15W) on the other side. Additional USB charging ports are in the table lamps near a TV in the living room. If you like to watch your favorite show in bed, before falling asleep, for your enjoyment we have a 46 inch FHD Samsung TV on the wall, complete with a Fire TV stick and running Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, and other entertainment apps. You can have a good sleep any time of the day with blackout window curtains, which also reduce outside noise and ensure total privacy. For your clothing, there is a 40 inch wide folding door closet, with a heavy-duty closet rod, plentiful wooden hangers, and 3 shelves for small items. There is a service door leading to the rest of the house. It's a soundproof solid wood door, which is shut closed at all times when hosting a guest. The door is covered by a wall rug to increase sound proofing of the bedroom. Bathroom The bathroom features a 3ft x 5ft glass-enclosed shower with a rain shower head and a hand shower. A hair conditioner, shampoo, and body wash are also provided. In the vanity lower drawer, you will find a hairdryer, and behind the doors you will find cleaning/washing supplies. The vanity mirror is LED lighted and also has overhead lights. It is fog-free, too. Kohler toilet is comfort height with an elongated bowl with a soft close seat. Wall-mounted towel rack keeps 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels per person. We use quality soft absorbent cotton towels for your enjoyment. Wall hooks are behind the door for clothing and near the shower entry for easy-to-reach towels. There are also 2 pairs of sleepers on the top of dryer. An apartment size HE front loading washer and drier are also in the bathroom. There is a laundry basket sitting on top of the dryer and a laundry bag in the bedroom behind the door. Liquid laundry detergent packs are inside the vanity. No need to mess with finicky automatic dispensers, just drop 1 pack into your laundry and that’s it. We equipped the bathroom with a moisture-sensing bathroom fan, which is pretty quiet. You still can turn it on/off manually by pressing the button on the wall control. Otherwise, it should operate automatically. Hygiene necessities: toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, Q-Tips, makeup remover pads and wet wip Working space You can literally work anywhere in the suite. We provide a very functional laptop stand, which is height and tilt adjustable. It can be used in the living room on the coffee table, on the dining table if you like to work in standing position, or even in the bedroom if you feel like it. Dining area First things first, what about coffee? For a quick and tasty morning fix we have a Keurig K-Express Single Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker, With A Removable Reservoir And Strong Button Function (that’s a mouthful right from Amazon product description). You can brew 8oz, 10oz and 12oz servings and its travel mug friendly (up to 7.4" high). A small selection of popular K-Cup coffee and hot chocolate pods is at your disposal. Tea, sugar, coffee mugs and Brita water filter pitcher are also provided along with an electric kettle. When using the Keurig, please be mindful of under-cabinet space height. When pod holder handle is lifted, it’s a little too high and can hit the under-cabinet lighting strips. Please push machine all the way to the back wall or pull out to counter front, this way the handle will operate freely. Countertop-height dining table sits four comfortably and since we don’t have a dedicated working space, can be used as a work table, we provide an extension cord to plug your laptop/s. 18 cf refrigerator is also provided. Entire apartment with a small patio near entry door. Unfortunately backyard is off limits, since we have a small and cute Pekingese dog and she considers backyard her own. I live in the house with my wife and son. A preferred way of communications is through AirBnB messaging system, but if something is urgent feel free to call me or even knock to our door. Our house is located in a residential neighborhood. G. Ross Lord Park is less than 2 mins away and local shopping plaza is 5 mins away.
